En la tabla 3 se presenta una estadística descriptiva de la rentabilidad de las tres carteras de nivel de consenso y de cambios en los niveles de consenso. Cada panel contiene la rentabilidad media mensual, la desviación estándar, los valores mínimo y máximo y el ratio de Sharpe de cada una de las carteras. Se ha calculado también el exceso de rendimiento sobre la rentabilidad del mercado a fin de poder comparar los resultados con los obtenidos en parte de la evidencia previa.

Another option. I'd always go with "from". Also, "de la evidencia" suggests the use of "the". One example:

Explanation:
I think they mean previous PARTIAL results....there is such a thing..sometimes complete data for a stock is not available I guess or they only need to do PARTIAL comparisions...I would not translate it as IN PART...evidencia previa is previous results in English...Spanish just eschews repetition in general for stylistic reaons...no?
