original text: los aportes al capital que realicen los socios partícipes pueden ser deducidos íntegramente de las utilidades imponibles para la determinación del Impuesto a las Ganancias en sus respectivas actividades, en el ejercicio fiscal en el que se efectivicen

translation: capital contributions and contributions to the risk fund can be fully deduced from the taxable income for the calculation of the Income Tax of their activities, at the fiscal year when they are made.

Explanation:
The following portion of a paragraph appears on page 379 in the section on Income Taxes in the "Accounting Trends & Techniques" of 1997 published by the AICPA:
The deferred tax consequences of temporary differneces in reporting items for financial statement and income tax purposes are recognized, if appropriate. Realization of the future tax benefits related to the deferred tax assets is dependent on many factors, including the Company's ability to generate "taxable income" within the net operating loss carryforward period.
Another portion of a paragraph appears on page 379 of the same publication:
The Company has available net operating loss carryforwards of approximately $1,872,000 for tax purposes to offset future taxable income
"Accounting Trends & Techniques" is published annually by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and consists of extracts taken from financial statements of the 600 most important companies or corporations in the US, usually prepared by the big 4 public accounting firms.
