Una persona natural o física sería un \"natural person (or) individual\", que es diferente a una \"persona jurídica\" = corporation, company, etc.

En el primer caso, persona = person, y en el segundo caso, particular = individual.

Si fuera yo, me \"comería\" el \"persona\" que sale primero y diría:

...mediante el cual un acreditante, banco o particular se obliga a un tercero.
