La Junta General Extraordinaria de Accionistas celebrada en fecha 25 de febrero de 2005, estableció el precio de 0,12 euros al ser el menor del precio propuesto por el Consejo de Administración en su Informe de fecha 24 de enero de 2005, el cual proponía que el precio de emisión sería el menor de: doce céntimos de euro (0,12.-€), o (b) el precio medio de cierre de la acción de XXX durante los noventa (90) días anteriores al Hecho Relevante anunciando la convocatoria de dicha Junta General de Accionistas a cuya aprobación se sometió la presente emisión de Obligaciones así como la descripción de la operación, con un descuento del 75%, redondeado al alza o a la baja, al céntimo más próximo resultante de aplicar dicho descuento.
