El Decreto aclaró que la obligación de ingreso y negociación de divisas impuesta por el reestablecido régimen se consideraría cumplida mediante el ingreso de las divisas correspondientes y su depósito en una cuenta del exportador abierta en una entidad sujeta a la Superintendencia de Entidades Financieras y Cambiarias del Banco Central de la República Argentina.

I did not use deposit there to avoid redundancy because I had already used it in the same clause later. Deposit seems to fit the bill so you can certainly use it but you may want to try to use a synonym or edit the phrase further.
