Spanish term or phrase: a los cuatro quesos
Podría ser: noodles with four cheeses (parmesan, fontina, roquefort and mozzarella)???

Michael Torhan: 2:22am Apr 19, 2007: I recognize "Four-cheese Pasta" (ai Quatto Formaggi) and it should be recognizable to United States tourists...Here is a picture of a common spaghetti sauce using the name...http://www.classico.com/html/products/detail.asp?id=17

4 cheese pasta
Explanation:
4-cheese, four cheese, four-cheese
