agree  Carol Gullidge: Embún beans (boliches) with boned leg of (???) and Swiss Chard// couldn't see any sign of potage!

  -> The source I gave mentions how it is cooked slowly with vegetables, herbs and meat...like a potage is, although the word is not mentioned in the name of the dish it seems to fit the bill. I thought it sounded better than "stewed beans". Thanks, Carol!
