description of a type of meal available at a vineyard's restaurant, cannot find the word, is it a typo?

platos can be courses or dishes ...in this case I'd lean towards courses since it seems to be a 5 course meal

I have also seen "matching" for pairing on menus but think best sentence probably "a 5 course gastronomic menu of wines paired with food". We do not have evidence, do we? that it is a gourmet menu?
