Spanish term or phrase: sobrecabina
this is talking about the cabins (clean rooms) in which food products are packaged in order to ensure sanitation.
Las cabinas están todas cerradas y en las sobrecabinas se almacena exclusivamente el producto a envasar. In the context of cars it seems to mean roof racks, so top racks or top storage racks, maybe?

searching on Google for "sobrecabinas" yields only a handful of results. However, considering that the trend in clean rooms is towards modular design, one can imagine that each design has its own special features such as "sobrecabinas" which are not standard items in all clean rooms.

Could you ask the customer to email you a picture of the "sobrecabinas", or describe them to you? Failing that, not knowing what they look like you could put a general translation as I've suggested.
