SPAIN. This is about quality table grapes so I doubt this has anything to do with (Tetra)brik, although it may de fruit+veg industry jargon.

I think it's the name of a wine:

Or this possibly?

This is the fourth in a series of articles on wine in the BRICs – Brazil, Russia, India and China. (Note: According to today’s Financial Times, Jim O’Neil, who coined the term BRICs has decided to expand the list to include Mexico, South Korea, Indonesia and Turkey. Hmmm. I will be expanding the Wine BRIC list myself in an upcoming post!)

Notes to answerer
Asker: If a wine type it's one for the cognoscenti, because to the less informed (like me) it sounds like tetrabrik wine, i.e "dosser's delight"... :)

Asker: Yours is the answer I'm using anyway Lisa, the job is due this evening and I'm sweating pints here :-)

Asker: Bricking it, arf arf yes, though actually I'd rather "brick" this client after waiting four days for the job to come in after they told me "tomorrow"...

Asker: I think Charles' Bric variety is the most likely solution, although yours is possible too (this client is not the world's most careful speller)... cheers eski ;)

Asker: Looks like your version is the most likely now... the "Bric" in the Italian winery Ca' del Bric seems to refer to the pet dog the wine is named after...

agree  Gilla Evans: The wording of the context suggests this, I think. The Brix scale (degrees Brix) of measuring total dissolved compounds is used in the US, although the Balling scale is used more widely elsewhere.
