In the context of a section of a forestry company sustainability report on the waste materials generated by cellulose production:

"Para la reducción de la carga por unidad de producción del efluente final se han adoptado medidas de contención de vertidos parciales, tratamiento y aprovechamiento de *condensados con alta carga*, y la implantación de tratamientos primarios del efluente final."

I'm not sure how to translate "condensados con alta carga" here. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Explanation:
it seems they are planning to recycle the concentrates which contain a high load or content of waste so that the waste does not have to be disposed of with the final effluent, therefore the total quantity of effluent produced will be less than now
