Spanish to English translations [PRO] Furniture / Household Appliances / Baby | | Spanish term or phrase: posicional dentado | Freno simultáneo con acción sobre las ruedas traseras ****( posicional dentado ).****
It's taken from a list of features of a baby pushchair. Hope this is enough context, I just can't figure out what the "posicional dentado" is. Cheers!! |

34 mins confidence: peer agreement (net): +1 parking brake, cog mechanism
Explanation: The "posicional" (freno posicional) means it's a parking brake. See parallel descriptions of a particular model:

big wheels with pneumatic tires
The tires of the 2 big wheels should be inflated to the correct pressure (1 bar/15 PSI) at the time of delivery. Double check this pressure before using your new Bugaboo Cameleon.
parking brake
The parking brake is on the handlebar. It prevents the big wheels from turning. Always apply the parking brake when the stroller is stationary so it cannot roll away. When the handlebar is above the big wheels, the parking brake is on the right on the handlebar, with the release button on the outside.

I think the "dentado" part means the brake engages cog wheels (or toothed wheels). See photo here:

And description here:
Parking Brake
6. The parking brake is a foot-operated bar located between the two rear wheels. Press down on the horizontal bar with your foot. It will locate in the toothed hubs on the inside of the rear wheels and prevent the wheels from turning.
7. To release the parking brake, lift up the bar with your foot.

I'd phrase it as above: "parking brake, cog mechanism"
