basically it just means "raises" but "bump" is also used in the jargon

Aumentar la cantidad de una apuesta que ha hecho un jugador.

Envidar la apuesta ciega:

Cuando un jugador envida (Raises) la apuesta sin mirar las cartas que le han tocado en esa mano.

e.g. when someone bets you can "see" the bet (i.e. put in the same amount) or "raise/bump" the bet by putting in a larger amount ... then there is the opportunity for the other player(s) to "re-raise" by "upping" the bet even further ...
