Hello - Buenos Dias,

I was wondering what a proper English translation for Spanish "dindo (masculine)" and "dinda (feminine)" would be? Is it some kind of variation of 'linda"?.
Any help with a translation would really be appreciated.

I cannot find the word in regular Spanish dictionaries but some Spanish speakers obviously use it. The word is found on numerous internet sites. Below are some examples of its use which appear in SpotBoricua.com, a Puerto Rican Spanish language forum:

1) Mi drangoncito dindo; Mi tío dindo; Mi helmanita dinda; Mi sobrinita dinda.

2) "Bienvenida y espero que la pases bien."
"Ahy que dinda!"

3) "Si! Calladita te ves más dinda ok..."

4) "Cuándo fué la ultima vez que te hablaron dindo?"
