Debes usar Jews (en mayúscula), porque en esa frase hay que utilizar un sustantivo y no un adjetivo, como ya te han dicho.

Explanation:
A pesar de que esto es una consulta realmente inglés-inglés, te doy la explicación en español, porque imagino que lo quieres así.

A Jew = sustantivo
Jewish = adjetivo.

Ocasionalmente se ve "Jew" funcionando como adjetivo.

Se me había venido en mente el uso "Jew boy" (adjetivo) que para mí es altamente ofensivo - vea el comentario que me hace Joseph - de acuerdo.
