En las páginas del órgano oficial de expresión (Revista Clínica Española) de la SEMI se han publicado recientemente excelentes artículos que desarrollan estas competencias.

The SEMI is the Sociedad Española de Medicina Interna. Not sure how to put this.

I've also seen 'organ/body of expression' but I think 'vehicle' is better.
