Spanish to English translations [PRO]

Estoy traduciendo una diligencias policiales realizadas por los Mossos d'Esquadra y que refieren a un accidente de tráfico. En el documento, constan el número de diligencias, la fecha y motivo de la instrucción, el instructor, e lugar y fecha de los hechos, un resumen del atestado, la descripción de los vehículos implicados y -aquí es donde se me plantea el problema- un apartado en el que se hace referencia a "Otras personas".
En éste, se refiere a lo que yo entiendo son dos testigos que han presenciado el accidente y tras dejar constancia de sus nombres y DNI se añade el término "PF-Testimonio". ¿Alguien puede ayudarme?

Explanation:
"PF" almost certainly stands for "Persona Física", an individual or "natural person", as opposed to "Persona Jurídica" or "Persona Legal", a corporate legal entity.

Here I think it's clear that PF and PL mean "persona física" and "persona legal".
