Si consideramos el significado literal de "viven" como proveniente del verbo "vivir", no le encuentro sentido.
Puede ser del verbo VIVAR, que significa Cheers.
Maybe then it would be: Do not cheer so much about bread and spread it.

No chance of getting the questions, though I've asked the client for clarification on this specific answer. I agree with Giovanni's interpretation, they're saying: we want more utilities, not enough bread to go around. They want their share of the cake.

Is there any chance that you can get the questions?
I can tell you that utilidades in Mexico makes reference to the company profits here they have an explanation...so it seems like the employee is asking for more profit sharing, could be?

I've changed the subject header as this is not specialist terminology - it's just something people would say in a general conversation. Surveying is what surveyors do (topografía?), not employee surveys.
