This phrase comes up twice in a Puerto Rican radio transcript. This part of the dialogue is about raising funds for political campaigns - and various other topics such as political scandals and corruption.

A: De dónde salen los fondos para su campaña politica para la alcaldía de Carolina que yo creo que todo el mundo sabe lo que hay.

B: La campaña se nutren de diferentes fuentes...Las campañas se nutren de los bingos que no le gustan a un rotativo del país, de actividades como fund raiser o o radio maratones, coctéles, ***recogido en luces*** que es muy efectivo. Hay mucho trabajo en esa última.

A: El ***recogido de luces*** es muy efectivo?

B: Es bien efectivo.
