Spanish term or phrase: impelidas
Hi again. CONTEXT:

"Impelidas por las grandes oportunidades de empleo y desarrollo que representa el Plan Director de Conexión, empresas del sector Internet de todo el continente han construido fábricas, contratado centenares de trabajadores y ampliado su capacidad de producción en cuantos modos han podido".

Of course, I get what it means but can't seem to find the right word to translate it. Options such as 'urge' and 'encourage' seem great if it's a person who does it, but here we're dealing with employment opportunities.
