This is part of a comic for kids which aims to promote healthy lifestyles, here they're making fun of a kid who's overweight, not sure how to translate in a equivalent way the above, help appreciated thanks (if you get dancing, you'll blow a fuse is all that comes to mind but not sure if it would be the best option for teenagers and moreover, a UK audience)

Don't think maquina/humo can/should be taken literally unless someone comes up with a really strong hip metaphor for teenagers (not seeing a convincing one yet, IMO).
These are more generic but feels more to me like something that one kid would say to another. A lot of it would depend on tone ("You'll be SOR-ry") but it should point to his body/physical condition somehow.
I'm from the U.S., so I don't know how these would fit with UK teen lingo.
There was a time not that long ago when I would have said "You're gonna be a hurtin' unit" which is somewhat archaic slang but IMO is right on point.
But I suspect that time has passed amongst UK youth these days.
