The video is to be presented before a conference of judges as part of an exercise involving the identification of perpetrators of crimes by witnesses.
I don't know what "223", "229" or "fusiona" refer to here. Any help appreciated!

Pedro: ¿Mhm?
Dínorah: El 223, ¿fusiona?
Pedro: Ahora 229. Óyeme, ¿Cuándo celebramos, Dínorah?

Just guessing that they say "funciona" rather than "fusiona", and that 223 refers to a phone number or part of a phone number or possibly, as they are talking about smoking crack, could it be code for something? |
