I'm currently using ROSE COLORED PAVING STONE, but I would like some feedback. Is this an acceptable trans. or are there other options that I should consider?

En el tramo de Arquímedes a Lieja las banquetas son de ***adoquín rosa** de Querétaro y sus guarniciones de recinto natural. Tienen un estado de conservación adecuado, salvo en algunas zonas. Explanation:
No sé si hay una diferencia brutal entre los dos términos. Aquí en el Reino Unido, al menos en los pequeños pueblos del norte, a los adoquines típicos se les llama cobbles.
Es sólo una idea.

neutral Rachel Fell: cobbles are a particular type of stone (or particular types) - these sound more like they are blocks of stone, larger than cobbles -?

  -> Hi Rachel, you could be right, don't know -that's why my level of conf. was only 2. I had in mind the "adoquines" we used to have and still have in some of streets of Barcelona. They are def. cobbles. ... Only guessing though. Saludos. Quim
