no quisiera se entendiera como si fuera la persona que efectua las decisiones o resoluciones en el tribunal

No existe ningún temor; quien efectúa las decisiones siempre es el juez; el secretario de acuerdos siempre actúa en auxilio del juez, autoriza y da fe. En ocasiones puede actuar en calidad de encargado de despacho por ministerio de ley ante la ausencia del juez.

Oficialía de Partes = Intake Office; es la oficina donde se reciben las promociones simplemente, pudiendo ser común a los juzgados, o sea que presta servicio a varios a la vez.

Secretario(a) de Acuerdos = Decisions Clerk

No sabía que la gente estaba tan atenta a las preguntas ya contestadas.

Tengo años usando las versiones que ofrezco.

La Oficialía de Partes no depende de un juzgado determinado sino que normalmente presta servicio a varios a la vez.
