I wonder if it is at all important/relevant to choose the preferred term in a given country/region? Though "exceptionality" in this context might be used in Great Britain, "achievement" often appears on certificates of this type in the US...

Explanation: according to some sites i understand it is a certificate the company requets when they dont want to hire disabled people (or are unable due to the work involved). I dont know if there is a US counterpart.
