This is a standard phrase in CBAs, but my brain is so dry now...
"Las sanciones que en el orden laboral pueden imponerse se entienden **sin perjuicio de pasar el tanto de culpa** a los otros órdenes de la jurisdicción si la falta cometida pudiera ser punible administrativa, civil o penalmente."

Sorry for that, Henry. Curiously, if you google the original phrase, you'll find a lot (even for that long a phrase). What they mean is basically that, even if the workers are penalized for such offense (whatever), it won't cancel what the courts have to say, administrative, civil or criminal. I just can't find the words! (See the case of Barcelona Prat Airport, currently having a wildcat strike in which the workers may be charged with secuestro up to terrorism).
