Abonar, con la única tolerancia que admiten las leyes respectivas, los salarios y demás retribuciones que corresponden a los operarios empleados en la obra, dando cumplimiento a todas las disposiciones legales relativas al personal que tiene relación de dependencia directa.

Son las personas que están efectivamente en la planilla de la empresa, no las personas contratadas como empresas unipersonales, etc. La noción es simple, pero no encuentro un modo natural de decirlo en inglés. Hay alguna expresión acuñada? Muchas gracias!
