Spanish term or phrase: pacto de permanencia
I'm translating the provisions set forth in an empployment contract and I'm having difficulty with the expression "pacto de permanencia" I thought of saying: non-separation agreement or open-end contract.
Is there any place where I could find the Spanish Worker's Statute translated? Find below context regarding this question:

Por tanto, para que fuese válida una estipulación contractual con dicho carácter sería necesario que la misma reuniese la naturaleza de pacto de permanencia.
A este respecto el artículo 21.4 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores regula el establecimiento de estos pactos para el caso de que el trabajador reciba una especializaron con cargo a la empresa estableciendo que "El acuerdo no será de duración superior a dos años y se formalizará siempre por escrito. Si el trabajador abandona el trabajo antes del plazo, el empresario tendrá derecho a una indemnización de daños y perjuicios."
