Hi, I'd appreciate your help with this term.

I can't seem to find an equivalent. I have seen Organization Technician, but I think it is just a literal translation as I haven't seen it in any English sites.

Sorry there is no context, it is a list of people and their positions in the company.

Explanation:
The use of "técnico" here suggests that this may not be an organizational development professional, who works on how the organization functions and seeks to improve it (it includes "soft" aspects, such as leadership), but a specialist that works specifically on the design of organizations - their structures and business functions.
