Spanish term or phrase: sociabilización
This term comes from a report on the switchover from old software to new software at a large company, in the area of technical support for the transition:

Explanation:
*Sociabilización is a fairly new word (to make more social), but I notice that many writers are using it when they really mean socialización. It would be worth asking the client which he or she really meant to express. "Socialización" here could be "user acceptance" or "social acceptance."

agree  philgoddard: Yes, could be. it's a vague concept in Spanish, and it needs a vague one in English.
