Spanish term or phrase: prescripción de obligaciones de tracto único
A term in an HR dictionary. The defnition given is as follows:

Caducidad de las acciones de tracto único, que no pueden tener lugar después de extinguido el contrato, para las que el plazo de un año de prescripción extintiva corre desde que la acción pudo ejercitarse. La regla es oscura. La jurisprudencia considera que el plazo de un año empieza a contar desde el momento en que la empresa incumple una obligación, consistente en acordar al trabajador una determinada categoría profesional, o desde el momento en que la empresa adjudica una plaza a otro candidato.

“Tracto único” means that you perform the action only once and not by chained series of actions (tracto sucesivo). You purchase a good in a single act (the operation is performed by one act) but you have a series of acts when you rent it (each month for example you perform the operation, it lasts in time, it’s a permanent and reiterated action). In this case you have single performance obligations that shall be performed only in one action.
