Dado que vigencia viene del latin vigens.vigentes de donde viene vigor, creo que en el contexto del párrafo, dynamism abarca lo que se implica en casi todas las sugerencias. Validity no tiene nada que ver con vigencia en este caso ya que cultura no es cuestión de validez si ya existe.
