Spanish term or phrase: "Cómo nos gusta hacerle al diablo en el panteón!"
This is a phrase at the beginning of a news article from Mexcio. It is part of an opening paragraph which is expressing outrage at recent violence and discrimination against gays on the Metro. I am assuming it is an idiom but can't figure out how I might translate it.

The actual idea is that the devil is in a big rush to gather up all the souls he can for his own pack.
