In a restaurant and bar guide, talking about the Museo Chicote in Madrid - the quote is "y en Chicote un agasajo postinero con la crema de la intelectualidad", apparently from Mexican musician Agustin Lara - I'm totally lost on this, and the definitions I keep finding for these two words are confusing me even more - anyone have any helpful hints?
