as Giovanni says, many ghits for "goals"; think you don't need plan or tasks ( for "tareas") but to me "goals" is fine

I've sketched out some personal goals and tasks for my life

Explanation:
To provide another option. This would apply more to someone at an early early/youthful stage of trying to establish a direction for their life. "Set" and "laid out" sound more definite and specific in the goals and tasks they are going to pursue. Sketched out gives it more of a sense of a preliminary stage, of possibilities they may try to pursue in the future.
