Spanish term or phrase: al placer de la mirada
There is definitely something I am missing here. 2.2 million hits for "El placer de la mirada" exactly, so there must be some cultural or idiomatic reference. It also seems to be a book and possibly a film.

This is for a tourism brochure and is talking about the fantastic night life of a Spanish tourist destination. TIA!

Templos dedicados a la música, al baile, al placer de la mirada.

Rough draft
These are temples dedicated to music, dance, pleasure and ...

to see and be seen
Explanation:
I'd go with those in the discussion who suggested this alternative. I.e., "Temples dedicated to music, dance, and to seeing and being seen."

Or, if you really feel like you need to include the reference, "to the pleasures (joy? delights?) of seeing and being seen" -- but that actually seems like overkill.

visual enjoyment

Explanation:
I think this is the idea. One reason there are so many hits is that the phrase is a book title.

visual pleasure

Explanation:
The 'pleasure of the gaze' is a key concept within Film Studies, although that phrase would perhaps not be appropriate in this context. But what about re-working it as 'visual pleasure'?
