Notes to answerer
Asker: There aren't really any typos or errors in the text. Don't know if that helps.

agree  Carol Gullidge: seems likely, given the Picasso connection (also Antonio Banderas)
3 mins

neutral  Charles Davis: The trouble is that "enclave" is masculine, though maybe "artística" is a misprint for "artístico". // Well, I've got to hand it to you... :)
7 mins
-> It could also be unsupervised spelling/grammar checking making 'artisticA' agree with 'clave' (f) - or even with 'MalagA' :) Who knows?

agree  rich.

disagree  James A. Walsh: I’m afraid I don't agree with your interpretation here, Robin. "En clave" is understood in Spain almost along the lines of "in terms of"; and from my experience of using it thus, I find it very unlikely that it’s a typo for "enclave"!

disagree  Andy Watkinson: Sorry, but agree with James.

Sorry, yes, I should have explained how I got there, and it's not dissimlar from Fionn's route - literally almost "Málaga in the key of art"

Arty Malaga (see explanation)

Explanation:
It is not a misprint for 'enclave'. En clave de... or in this case 'en clave artística' comes from music terminology and means something like 'in the style of...' See eg the title of the Barón Rojo album "En Clave de Rock"
So here it means visiting Malaga with a particular focus on the city's art attractions. I don't think there's a good literal translation so you'll have to dream up some equivalent like "Malaga's Artistic Side"...

Perhaps "An Artistic Take on Malaga"; "Artistic Approaches to Malaga"; "Malaga Viewed through the Arts"

Malaga en clave artística
The Arts in Malaga (OR "Malaga and the Arts: What On")

Explanation:
I'm quite sure this is all it means here. It's just like a "what's on" artistically sort of expression. Nothing to do with "enclaves".

Sorry, the alternative should read: "Malaga and the Arts: What'S On"

-> You'll notice my main suggestion here is "The Arts in Malaga", which I carefully suggested for those very reasons! I included the text in brackets for indicative purposes.
