I can only echo what's been said: Noni is almost certainly right, and consult the client if possible. After all, if the document is unfinished they'll want to know!

I'd query the client. I think Noni may be on the track. If not, it's your opportunity to find out what they mean to say.

aceavila is definitely right, except I think you'll find a cajón is a text box, not a caption.

I didn't consider that. It would be the first instruction in a basically error-free 8,000 word document, and I've got about 50 words to go. It's possible, but strange. I guess they could have not quite finished it near the end.

Most likely, Ace. It appears to be an oversight in editing and merely a note to someone, and not meant for translation (?).
