They would appear to be presentations, papers, speeches, but how to distinguish? Further complicated by use of adjective "oral", e.g.

Would "comunicaciones" be "presentations"? What about "posters"? I don't think they mean placards here ...
Explanation: It would be best to ask to client whether these are presentations or papers, although you can probably tell from the list on the CV. If both are included, you might want to expand your header to "Presentations, Papers and Poster Sessions."

I don't think it will come up in the context of a CV, but related to "poster sessions", the posters are usually foldable panels or "roll-up" displays. These are becoming popular at conferences, not only for academic participants, but also for sponsors.
It sounds like you don't know what posters are in this context. They allow conference participants to give presentations without actually standing up and talking, by summarising what they have to say (for example, their research projects). The posters are displayed so that other participants can read them during breaks.
