Explanation:
no se cual sería el equivalente en inglés, pero se refiere a a una persona que le gusta el "carrete", es decir las fiestas, es buena para el "copete" (trago-alcohol), buena para trasnochar, etc....eso es carretera..............espero te sirva la explicación
