Hi,

I don't disagree with the other answers but neither do I find it natural in English to start a sentence with "Possible" or "Possibility".
Sounds perfect in Spanish, obviously.

This text doesn't appear to be the "Particular Conditions" et at....but something more like general advertising, a leaflet. etc...

In English I expect to find on a list of the "wonderful features" of the insurance they're trying to sell me :

"Optional passenger accident cover" or something very similar.
"Optional cover for passenger accidents".......etc.

Another idea,
