I have come across this term which is found in a few variances in ProZ.com; however I of course, need to be sure of the exact term in English:
"La presente Garantía se instrumenta en póliza mercantil en [.. .. ] ejemplares igualmente originales, intervenida por e Notario [...], D.[...]...quien, para cuya constancia cierta y con el consentimiento del firmante, dando fe de la identidad y capacidad del mismo, de la legitimidad de su firma y de todo lo convenido en la póliza y hechas las advertencias legales, sella y firma todos los folios, atribuyendo a todos los ejemplares así instrumentados valor de original y plenos efectos mercantiles y procesales."
