Magiar?D?azD?az: 12:54am Dec 23, 2005: "Neurálgica" has two meanings 1)"focal/key" and 2)"poor" in my context means poor. Thanks to all for your help!

neutral Robert Forstag: Hi Paola. I think that you see "neuralgic" here because these are poor translations of documents originally written in other languages. From the looks of it, the translations were either computer generated or done by non-native speakers. :-)
