El marco programático ART/PNUD agilitará la planificación, aplicación y articulación del Programa, ya que se aprovecharán sus estructuras territoriales, el concurso de los actores locales en las zonas de intervención y la estructura nacional presidida por la Secretaria Nacional de Planificación y Desarrollo Social (SENPLADES), en la que participan donantes del programa, actores relevantes de Ecuador y agencias de Naciones Unidas.

Basically, does anyone know what the ART in ART/PNUD stands for? (PNUD is UNDP)

The Programma is a Millennium Development Goal Programme

on second thoughts it could be "COORDINATION OF......." or "TERRITORIAL NETWORK COORDINATION".

Asker: Thanks Lisa - this is the same as the one suggested by CMJ - which I was just reading. I did try ART/PNUD on the UNTERMs file, but drew a blank there!
