A little question here: when you guys say that "emitir pericias" = " 'emitir' expert opinions", does it mean that the expert officer (that works for the Victim Support Office) would only "verbalize" its expert opinion, when asked to, or such "opinion" would have to be written down and then we'd have actually an expert's report? Because it does not seem to make much sense for a role of an officer to be to voice an opinion if such opinion is not to be written down, does it?
