That's the way I understood it, Sancho, especially because "curbs" are mentioned and this would indicate digging up curbs to laid out new infrastructure. Rupture=disruption in this context.

I can't find any other context in the document unfortunately. Could this mean disruption of services? Thank you for your help.

Hi Phil, "As I read it" (a big caveat as we don't have a lot of context here), the "para avanzar en calles y bordillos" points to infrastructure improvement. "sin tener que producir roturas posteriores" seems to me to point to not having to provoke ruptures (both physical and in terms of rupturing services) further ahead. More context would be great. What's your take on it?
