The full sentence is: Para ello se visitó las parcelas con el propósito de supervisar y asistir los trabajos encomendados en los módulos presenciales.

I'm not sure about encomendado. It means 'entrusted' but doesn't seem to fit here. Would 'included' suffice?

Explanation:
You do need to provide more context. From words like parcelas (especially) and supervisar and presencial, sounds to me like an on-site inspection to see how some physical works (building a school, perhaps, since the heading is international development) are proceeding. Assuming that, then assigned or commissioned (if paid work, which relates to entrusted, or even contracted) tasks/jobs/work could do the trick. If the context is educational/classrooms, then none of this really applies, though assigned or required would probably be best.
