agree  Daltry Gárate: But I'd put "tissue building" instead of " body-building" because this last one sounds related to weight training

  -> thank you Daltry for the suggestion of "tissue building", I just checked and it is appropriate too if the grains contain calcium (which builds bone) since we can also talk about osseous or bony tissue
