Just a note to say I'm almost 100% sure patinba is right with her suggestion. I say this because I recently added some Google adsense ads to a few websites, and this is one of the options I had to choose from in the "Where do you want to advertise" section of setting it up.
When your text says "segmentar por: ip" it means market segment by IP address, as in the geographical location - i.e., you could choose only IP addresses from the UK, for example.

What does IP stand for? It's a bit hard to answer the question without knowing this.
