Spanish term or phrase: Integra
This is some kind of e-mail storage system-

El software integral que te ayuda a gestionar tus solicitudes.

- Integra y mantiene todas las solicitudes y contactos del centro.

- XXXXX es una aplicación que se instala sólo en los computadores del centro.

- Intuitiva y de fácil manejo (se parece a una herramienta de correo estándar), te permitirá gestionar todas las solicitudes del centro, sea cual sea su orígen, en una sola aplicación.

So far I have "Integra y mantiene" = "save and store", is that the meaning here? I think it is Mexican Spanish.

I think this this the best verb choice, although according to the client it is in 2nd person not 3rd person. Many thanks!

Includes

Explanation:
See my other Discussion post. You could also use "takes in/covers..."
I'd avoid using options like "integrates" ... because it says little or nothing to me...

Keep it simple.

BTW "mantiene" = "maintains", they are referring to the "maintenance" of the data (= upkeep). So:
"Includes and maintains all the center/centre's request/queries/orders and contacts."

I'd be more worried about how you're translating "solicitudes", especially if you don't know which Spanish-speaking country it is from/for.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Neil, I am translating solicitudes as requests, they are information requests sent to training course providers. I thought perhaps 'brings together' may work for integra.
